OK, apart from this blog and a couple of YouTube videos there hasn’t been much activity from the NoMen this year. That’s because they have been hard at work creating what will be their first ever album of original songs, due out shortly, probably on Topplers Records.
The album is a collection of space inspired songs in a Krautrock/psychedelic fashion with more than a hint of spicy King Tubby style dub. It will be called “Saturday Night Space Dust” and will be available as a limited edition digipack CD and, also for the first time, as a digital download from the usual iTunes, Amazon, eMusic and other places that you modern folk get your music. There will also be a special version available from BandCamp with bonus tracks and video.
